By accessing or using the Crafty Kids web site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which include our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions will govern all order contracts between you and Crafty Kids Ltd. (we, us) generated through the use of this website. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Crafty Kids Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as and when required to do so.


All our kits are EN71 tested & passed. We do not recommend our kits for children under 36 months old. Adult supervision recommended. Recommended minimum age ideally 4+years.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the use of this website and /or any purchases made by you from Crafty Kids Ltd shall be concluded in English and shall be governed by English law and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Accuracy of Information

The information we publish within this website has been validated as far as we can and all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices are offered without any liability whatsoever and we do not warrant that all the product descriptions on this site is complete, accurate, current or error free.

Intellectual Property

All contents offered and available on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, data compilations and software and the compilation thereof is the property of Crafty Kids Ltd, our affiliates and / or partners and is protected by United Kingdom and International copyright laws.

Trade marks and logos shown on the site are registered marks of Crafty Kids Ltd and are protected by United Kingdom and International trademark laws. We shall prosecute piracy to the fullest extent possible.

Ownership of Property

Crafty Kids Ltd will retain all legal ownership of the goods until such time full payment has been received. Legal ownership of the goods will automatically revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.


All risk in the goods will pass to you after payment to us and delivery has been made to you.

Delivery Damage

If you suspect that the goods have been damaged in transit you must retain the packaging and goods for inspection until such time we settle the matter. In such cases you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of such damaged goods by calling +44 (0)20 7254 0100


Our website is presented "as is". We make no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these terms or the website. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, data non delivery, misdelivery, corruption, destruction or other modification, expense or injury direct or consequential, howsoever caused through information or product supplied, supplied late or not supplied. Interruption of business, Computer viruses, system failure or malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of the website, including hyperlink to and from third party websites. Also, events beyond our reasonable control.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from the use of the website. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.
